Thank you for shopping with Boski. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship orders to:

The contiguous United States (the 48 mainland U.S. states)

Puerto Rico
We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other countries or territories at this time.
Order processing times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as product launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be longer.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping methods and delivery estimates
We offer standard shipping within the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico.

Standard shipping: typically delivers within 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable taxes will also be calculated and shown at checkout.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier has picked up your package.
Shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO
At this time, our ability to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be limited by the carriers we use. If a shipping option is not available for your address at checkout, you will be prompted to provide an alternative address.
Risk of loss and damaged packages
Once we hand your order over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
Boski is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier or by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at team@eatboski.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and advise on next steps.
Incorrect addresses and returned shipments
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we may:

Offer to reship the order to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply), or

Offer a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, less any original shipping costs that are non-refundable.
Shipping delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

Carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Weather conditions or natural disasters

Customs or other governmental actions

Other events outside our reasonable control
